The disease Hitler had:
Hitler had a disease called "Palsy" now known as Parkinson's disease. Question is to remain how Hitler contracted this disease whether it was based on genealogy or if Hitler just picked it up. The developing sign of Parkinson's disease for Hitler was when his left hand would shake without any force of movement.
Did this disease have any explanation why Hitler hatred the Jews?:
No, this disease was not the reason why Hitler hated Jews. Hitler lived in a society where he was taught to hate Jews, and portray them as vermin. After the Treaty of Versailles in 1919 ending the First World War, Hitler was outraged at Germany for giving up. He felt that the Jews were the ones who caused the terrific collapse to Germany, and that he had to get back at them.
How Hitler rose to power:
After the Treaty of Versailles the German economy had collapsed and was about to fall in debt because the Treaty of Versailles ordered Germany to pay for all the damage that was caused in the "War to end all Wars". Germany is helpless and the government has no choice but to pay for these reparations. That was when Hitler rose to power, he saw the opportunity to tell the German people that they should not be paying for all the damages caused in the war he fought and sacrificed his life in. Hitler began speaking at a bar with maybe about 60 German people. Then he had an even larger gathering because he was a great Orator. " The German people now thought the Jews were the problem and that they were the ones who caused their beloved country to fall" Hitler was the leader of Thousands of listeners. You would think that a man like Hitler in jail for 5 years would be the end of the Nazi party in 1923 because of the Beer Hall Putsch. It was not the end though because the German people were interested in him and Hitler again used his time wisely writing Mein Kampf ( My Struggles) to influence the German people that they should not give up on the Nazi Party because it was the Jews fault not the regular Germans.
Hitler's life during the war (1939-1945):
Hitler lived a life where he wanted “annihilation” to every country that was not conquered. As the war went on Hitler would increase his anger to his generals calling them “ traitors” when they had lost a battle. Many of the generals will state that they did not know when Hitler would yell at them or not, it came unexpectedly. Hitler had two doctors Theodore Morell and Dr. Karl Brandt who both checked his health. Dr. Theodore Morell was assigned to give Hitler an increasing amount of drugs to decrease Hitler's Palsy. Dr. Karl Brandt was just a physician which means that he gave Hitler his daily pills, Dr. Karl Brandt was also part of the Nazi experiments consisting of the Jews, Roma (Gypsies), or Mentally ill. During the war Hitler became anxious for victory because he knew he was not going to live for very long. He wanted a treaty with Britain and America because this would help Germany control Europe and would ultimately bring Britain to its ruins later if successful.
